Protecting Confidential Information   One of today's fastest growing crimes today is Identity Theft.    Account Takeover occurs when a fraudster manages to change the address on one or more of your inactive, high credit line accounts.  They then either request a new card or wait for the account to reissue.   This can best be controlled by sending a confirmation of all address change letters to the old address on the account.  If the cardholder did not move they will contact you, in most cases, before the new cards can be received  and used illegally.
